My first encounter with Gülen Movement in late 90's, some organizers of this movement set up the “dormitory" for the war orphans in Chechen conflicts. The young person in charged told me, “One more educated Muslim boy, one less hatred terrorist." Then we met again in Aceh’s relief after tsunami 2004, the followers of Mr. Gülen show tremendous capacity to help local Acehnese recovering from this disaster both physically and mentally. Mr. Gülen and followers shown the openness of religion rooted in decency of Islam. Even during the toughest period after 2016.The resilience of Gülen Movement is not only from the wiliness to survive but also the inclusiveness followed Mr. Gülen's doctrine. Mr. Gülen’s spiritual legacy is opened to all human, but the implement of his teaching in homeland Turkey must rely on the effort of his fallowers.
